These are the building blocks of my practice. I believe that constructing a relationship of mutual trust and respect is the first step to a successful and productive attorney-client bond. Any lawyer can fill out the numerous forms associated with many legal actions ~ indeed, you could do it yourself! Some processes, however, such as divorce, immigration and estate planning, can be overwhelmingly frustrating or emotionally charged. In such cases, qualities of understanding, patience and compassion in one's attorney can be worth their weight in gold.
My goal is to help make life's most difficult moments easier for you to deal with. To this end, I offer an extremely flexible appointment schedule, free initial consultations, and fees on a sliding scale based on your income. I work primarily on retainer, particularly in divorce and immigration cases, but I also offer low flat-fee package rates on comprehensive estate plans, real estate transactions and small business issues.
What truly distinguishes me from high-priced city attorneys is my experience with people, and a sincere desire-driven ability to open and maintain avenues of communication with all parties to a dispute. Just as important to me as my duty to zealously represent and advocate for my clients' interests is my dedication to bringing families and individuals together through the performance of marriage and other non-denominational spiritual rites.
